Coordinating your ceremony and reception and bringing the elements you planned together on the big day. For weddings, this includes the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Meetings:

  • Initial consultation to go over your vision, questions and suggestions

  • Follow-up meeting four-six weeks before the event to discuss event details, outline the day-of timeline and walk through the venue

Tenzer Event Co. will:

  • Provide vendor suggestions and planning guidelines if needed

  • Work with you to create a detailed day-of timeline

  • Coordinate with all vendors and share your timeline with each

  • Coordinate your rehearsal (up to two hours)

  • Facilitate ceremony and reception setup

  • Coordinate your ceremony and reception from start to finish


Partial Event Management

Packages start at $2,050

Coordinating your event day and customized planning guidance.

Meetings:

  • Initial consultation to go over your vision, questions and budget recommendations

  • Planning meeting to provide vendor recommendations and brainstorm event styling ideas

  • Coordination meeting four-six weeks before the event to discuss event details, outline the day-of timeline and walk through the venue

Tenzer Event Co. will:

  • Provide customized venue and vendor recommendation list and assist with booking

  • Provide detailed planning tools like budget calculator, planning guides and more

  • Provide overall planning guidance and suggestions

  • Work with you to create a detailed day-of timeline

  • Coordinate with all vendors and share your timeline with each

  • Coordinate your rehearsal (up to two hours)

  • Facilitate ceremony and reception setup

  • Coordinate your ceremony and reception from start to finish


Full Event Management

Packages start at $3,500

Full-service coordination and pre-planning of your event. Let Tenzer Event Co. take the stress out of planning your wedding!

Meetings:

  • Initial consultation to go over your vision, questions and budget recommendations

  • Several meetings throughout the planning process

  • Final walk through of the venue

  • Coordination meeting four-six weeks before the event to confirm event details and outline the day-of timeline

  • Provide hand-selected venue and vendor recommendations, check availability and virtually introduce them to you

  • Review all venue and vendor contracts and offer suggestions for negotiations

  • Personalized wedding budget planning

  • Provide vendor payment reminders

  • Event styling and creative direction

  • Meeting with the venue and vendors to ensure all details are handled

  • Act as your liaison between the venue and all vendors

  • Whatever else is needed to execute an incredible event for you!
